Handling process:

 

1. Ask the importer for an FDI number

 

2. Send the application form to our company

 

3. Arrange payment, and scan the payment slip and send it to our company.

 

4. Our company will assign BSC NO. according to the FDI number, SHIPPER information and importer information provided by you.

 

5. Scanned copies of documents to be submitted:

 

   1) Customs Declaration or Customs Pre-recorded Form (Generally, the customs pre-recorded form with a barcode is provided, and it must be noted that the number of pieces on the customs declaration form is the same as that on the bill of lading)

 

   2) Scanned copy of Bill of Loading original bill of lading

 

   3) A scanned copy of Certificate of Origin (CO with a different heading and SHIPPER is acceptable)

 

   4) Invoice stamped scanned copy (Fob Value, Freight and Insurance amounts must be listed separately, the company name, address, and telephone number of the consignee and consignee. It is recommended that the value of the goods on the invoice should not be lower than that on the customs declaration)

 

   5) Freight Invoice (you can tell me the amount, I will help your company make it)

 

   6) Packing List (if it needs to be provided in the case of LCL, the FCL may not be provided)

 

   7) Certificate of Insurance insurance policy (if the importer provides an insurance policy made locally, the FDI number, insurance rate, ship name and voyage and other information should be listed on the policy)
