Confidentiality Commitment
The company assumes all responsibilities for managing customers for state secrets, customer secrets, and business secrets that are generated or learned in the testing activities.
All customer information should be regarded as exclusive information and should be kept confidential: unless the customer discloses the information, or the company and the customer have an agreement (for example: in order to respond to complaints). If the company needs to disclose customer-related information, it should notify the customer in advance of the information to be disclosed
The company promises to protect the confidential information and ownership of all customers' technical materials, samples and test certificates, and will not disclose the confidential information and ownership of customers to any unrelated persons and institutions, and ensure the security of electronic transmission and storage results
The company requires personnel at all levels to sign the "Confidentiality Commitment", and strictly abide by relevant regulations, and keep all information obtained or generated during the implementation of laboratory activities confidential (except legal requirements)
For the company to obtain relevant information about customers from channels other than customers (such as complainants, regulatory agencies), it should be kept confidential between the customer and the laboratory, unless the information provider agrees, the company shall keep the information provider (source) confidential, and Should not inform customers
If the company discloses confidential information in accordance with legal requirements or contract authorization, unless prohibited by law, the information provided shall be notified to relevant customers or individuals;
Except for providing customers with the test results, the company promises not to use the confidential information and ownership of the test customers for other purposes
The company strictly abides by the above commitments, and the company promises that if the company causes the leakage of customer information, the company will bear the corresponding economic and legal responsibilities.
