1.what is Qatar COC certification?
Need auto parts, automobile tires and parts of the export of electronic products to provide Qatar certificate of conformity (CoC) to import customs clearance. The government of Qatar has issued a series of strict regulations on auto parts and automobile tires through the Qatar Ministry of Commerce and trade (consumer protection) and the Qatar standard metrology Organization (QGOSM).
Local government statement "control products only in the country of origin issued by authorized certification body of the certificate of compliance (CoC), will be permitted to import customs clearance." The government also said: "importers will be subject to heavy penalties if they are found to have failed to meet the standards of the Gulf Standards Organization (GSO)."."
2. which products need COC certification?
Qatar exporters need to understand these strict rules for auto parts and automobile tires executed and certificates of compliance achieved. At present, some electronic products are also included.
The following products are the control products included in the implementation of the first and second phases of the project:

The car tires are regulated products, but there is no need to separate the certificate of compliance (CoC), because the Qatar customs and Qatar standards and Metrology Organization (QGOSM) on the import of automobile tires in Qatar can accept the Gulf standard certificate of conformity with the organization, rather than Qatar certificate of conformity (CoC).
Every batch of products that include control of imported goods, before the shipment should be made by the authority for issuing certificates of conformity (CoC). Compliance certificate (CoC) is a mandatory document for customs clearance in Qatar. The importer is required to submit customs clearance for controlled goods. Compliance certificate (CoC) proves that the controlled products meet the corresponding standards of Qatar / Gulf standards organization or the same international standards.

2. arrange inspection:
1) audit documents: about 3 working days or so, after the audit OK, please confirm with us inspection requirements (marks), so as to avoid unnecessary trouble during inspection.

Note: after A. has completed the on-site inspection, the inspector shall fill in the detailed inspection report immediately, indicating the problems found in the inspection and suggestions for rectification, etc., and leave a copy to the exporter. Each discrepancy reported in the discrepancy report should be immediately communicated to the exporter in order to attract its attention.
